Nine years ago I moved from the Seattle area to Carlsbad.   I was a real estate agent for 8 years before moving to Southern California. It was an amazing experience being a real estate agent and being a part of the Northwest housing frenzy. I left an established business to move to the sunshine of San Diego and could not be happier.  My husband and I have fixed up and sold several of our own homes and now have a home renovation company.  This knowledge of home remodeling has been beneficial in helping clients who are interested in remodeling their current home, purchasing a home that needs a little TLC or for clients that want to get into rehabbing.    If you would like a list of available homes or would like to discuss any of your real estate needs, please contact me.
